Zeabus Hospitality Consultants Private Limited was incorporated in 1997 as a specialist in providing Hospitality Services across India, with current operations in Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Secunderabad.

The company specialises in independent management of corporate apartments, providing a high standard of services in the areas of housekeeping, food and beverage production, food and beverage service, valet services, and comprehensive general house management.

From 2000 to 2005, Zeabus Hospitality was appointed by the Taj Group of Hotels as the independent operating/managing company for their restaurant Sidewok at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

The company is managed by its Director, Farokh M Unvala, a qualified and experienced Hotel Management professional with a sound and varied exposure to the five-star food and beverage and accommodation industry.

Our Team

The day-to-day operations are carried out by a team of experienced, well-trained and dedicated hospitality personnel. Frequent interaction between our hands-on managers and the team is a priority and enables us to closely monitor all operational issues to ensure consistently high operating standards and guest satisfaction levels.

Farokh M Unvala
Director

Farokh Unvala brings over four decades of experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industry. 

 

Having completed the Hotel Management Programme of the Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Group of Hotels) in Mumbai, Farokh spent twelve years with the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers, Mumbai, where he managed, for several years, the exclusive business club, The Chambers. He was a key member of the team that developed and opened The Zodiac Grill restaurant, reputedly the finest restaurant in India and was the first Restaurant Manager of this property. He went on to serve as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel.

 

In 1994, he was designated Food & Beverage Manger at which point Farokh left the Taj to form Zeabus Hospitality Consultants Private Limited.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay.

Yogesh Dhanu
Head, Operations

Yogesh Dhanu completed his hotel management education in 2003. Over the next four years he acquired sound knowledge of the hospitality industry serving at star hotels and restaurants in India and Dubai, and then joined Zeabus Hospitality in 2007.

With nearly fifteen years of experience at Zeabus, coupled with his dedication and guest focus, Yogesh heads our operations and motivates the entire team to ensure that our guests and clients are always satisfied.

Nikhil Thorat
Manager, Operations

Nikhil Thorat completed his education in hotel management and catering technology in 2008 and, after a short stint in the hotel industry, joined Zeabus Hospitality.

 

Since 2009 Nikhil has had full-time exposure to housekeeping, general house management, food and beverage production and service, facilities management, back office administration and accounting, and event management. With over a decade of operations experience, a keen eye for detail and a very affable personality Nikhil, is a key member of our team.
