Services

Zeabus Hospitality undertakes complete, full-time management and operating of corporate guest houses, ensuring that a high standard of safety, hygiene, and comfort are maintained without compromise. Areas of responsibility include:

Personnel

Each guest house is staffed with full-time resident personnel, including caretakers, cooks, and housemen. Zeabus Hospitality independently and directly manages all personnel, including sourcing, hiring, training, grooming, management control, and payroll.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping and execution of cleaning schedules on the premises is handled by Zeabus Hospitality. Guestrooms are provided with a selection of personal, bath and toiletry accessories of a high quality. All necessary equipment and accessories are provided.

Food and Beverage

Zeabus Hospitality undertakes complete responsibility for the production and service of all food and beverage requirements of resident guests, as well as maintaining and monitoring stocks of fresh and dry provisions of a high quality for use in food and beverages production.

Hospitality services are also provided to clients at their offices by way of catering for breakfast meetings, board lunches, evening cocktails, dinners, and other such requirements. 

Valet Services

Zeabus staff are trained to provide guest valet services as may be required including washing and pressing of guest laundry, assistance in packing and unpacking luggage, shoeshine services, running errands, and more.

Laundry Services

In addition to guest laundry services, washing of all household linen—including bed sheets, towels, pillow covers—is carried out by Zeabus Hospitality staff.

AMC Management and Preventive Maintenance

Zeabus Hospitality assumes responsibility for carrying out timely AMC services—including for sanitization, pest control, air conditioning, fire extinguishers, water purifiers, and kitchen exhaust systems—through client-approved vendors. Our team closely monitors civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues and takes timely action to ensure minor repairs are executed immediately and effectively.

Management Supervision

Zeabus Hospitality managers visit all properties regularly to ensure that the above-mentioned responsibilities are being carried out properly. Specific focus areas include: reviewing and sharing reports with the client, guest feedback and taking corrective action wherever necessary, detailed inspection of all areas including housekeeping, maintenance, grooming and training of staff, checking booking registers and guest registers, and liaising with the client-appointed executives on all matters concerning the property.

Property Maintenance

Zeabus Hospitality will, as and when necessary, advise the client to carry out any large repairs, as well as periodic specialist carpet and sofa shampooing and dry cleaning of curtains and bed covers amongst other such maintenance tasks, in the long-term interest of the property. Our team will also advise the client to purchase fresh stocks of linen, crockery, glassware and other operating accessories, as necessary, stocks of which may deplete on account of normal wear and tear.
Such work can be carried out by Zeabus Hospitality through reputed agencies with prior approval from the client after providing proper estimates.
